Warranty

All new products come with a manufacturer's warranty to protect against technical faults. This does not include viruses, malware or software defects caused by installation errors. In the event of a fault, please contact your manufacturer. They will arrange your repair or exchange quickly.

If you cannot get in touch with the manufacturer or you've purchased a refurbished product, please contact our aftercare sales team via the eBay messaging service.

If something goes wrong

We work with trusted couriers to ensure all orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. But, in the rare event that something gets lost or damaged, we'll do everything we can to put this right.

Before raising a case with eBay, contact us via the eBay messaging service – this is the speediest way to inform us. Please share as much information as possible to help us swiftly resolve your issue.
