PAYMENT:
Payment is expecting within 4 working days of the listing ending. 
Any non payment will resolve in an unpaid dispute being opened.

RETURNS:
We accept returns if you receive an item which has been damaged through posting. Just return it to us within 28 days and we will either send you a replacement item or refund you. We do not accept returns if you "change your mind".

POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES:
The majority of items are posted within 3 working days in receipt of payment clearance(Monday to Friday - we do not work week-ends), please do allow time for your item to arrive as couriers sometimes take longer to deliver, especially in or after bank holiday periods.


COLLECTIONS:
All of our items can be collected from us, If an item is listed as collection only, we generally require it to be picked up in person. You are welcome to arrange your own courier but please note, we will not provide packaging unless previously arranged.
We allow 14 days for the item to be collected from us.
