Incredible miniature caiman sculpture, handcarved out of a single piece of bloodwood tropical hardwood. Incredible detail at this scale, with an open mouth and strong scales all along the back. 

Handmade in Amazonas, Colombia by Alirio Liberato. Alirio was recently awarded the Medalla de Arte Tradicional by the Colombian government; he was selected as winner out of 900 applicants. We are very lucky to be working with him!
