Faulty Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar 50mm F2.8 M39 Mount Lens + Durst Enlarger Plate

Supplied with Durst Ixotub-39 Enlarger Plate

There appears to be the remnants of a piece of an aperture blade stuck in the lens - there is a build up of fungus/haze and dust - aperture operates and is smooth though I could not confirm functionality on a practical level. Displaying heavy wear and some masking tape has been applied to the lens barrel that I am unsure why.
