This is one of a series of Kenner cash refund brochures - this one with the original 1977 Greg and Tim Hildebrant art.  The entire form, when opened, is about 18" x 15".  The poster page, and all pages, are about 9" x 15".  In addition to the poster page, there is a coloring page, plus two pages of Kenner toys that are eligible for the refund offer.  The toys are a mix of Star Wars and other Kenner toys.  The refund form itself has pencil scribbles, as pictured.  The coloring page has a 1978 copyright and the Hildebrandt poster has a 1977 copyright.  The brochure has not been trimmed, but the 1977 Twentieth Century Fox copyright has only the top edge of the lettering on the form due to a printing or cutting misalignment.  There is an extra fold to the left of the poster (can be seen in first photo) where someone refolded the brochure.
