That deliberately weathered appearance gives the book the personality of a vintage comic while hiding a much cleaner modern collectible underneath.
Lee's distinctive use of shadow, dramatic figures, negative space, and moody composition also feels right at home with the cynical and violent world created by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson.
