This is an authentic fossil fish collected from the famous Early Cretaceous Yixian Formation in Liaoning, China.

The fish is excellently preserved on matrix rock slab. The complete skeleton is clearly displayed, including skull, fine vertebral column, ribs, fin rays and tail‑fin structure. Bone texture and anatomical details of this ancient fish are well exposed.
