This National Association Of Ex-Union Prisoners Of War Circular No. 3 is in nice clean shape. It does have some folds from its original mailing envelope. This original circular from Washington DC 1887 is printed on very thin paper. Loaded with some good information by the President of the Association John McElory. Always a bonus to have the membership badge printed on the header too!
