Rainbow

Rainbow dragon fruit, also known as the "Rainbow Lollipop," is a variety prized for its spectacular color-changing appearance: it ripens from yellow-orange on the outside to vibrant red with yellow fins, revealing a dark red/magenta flesh inside. It has a unique flavor profile described as having berry notes with a subtle tartness and minimal sweetness. The flesh, rich in anthocyanins, is great for desserts and salads. 

Appearance and color

On the plant: The skin is yellow-orange while the fruit is growing. 

When ripe: The skin turns a striking red with yellow "fins" or scales.

Inside: The flesh is a deep red or magenta color.

Flavor and texture

• Flavor: A subtle, complex flavor with berry notes and a hint of tartness, but not overly Sweet.

Texture: Similar to other dragon fruit, it has a soft, juicy flesh with small, edible black seeds that provide a crunchy texture similar to a kiwi. 

Culinary uses

a spoon or cut into wedges.

If you do need extra documentation, it will be for you as buyer to obtain the nessecary documentation, mail it to and we will attach it to the parcel. We as seller will pay the customs in Portugal, but we can not be held responsible for returned parcel due to the lack of documentation or any other reason. Thank you for your support in this matter.
