1. The device MUST support eSIM functionality
Query method: Dial *#06# in the phone call interface. Generally, if there is an EID, it means that eSIM is supported. If there is no EID, eSIM cannot be used.

2) Go to Settings on your smartphone and select Mobile Data (iPhone) or SIM Card Management (Android).
3) Add a mobile data plan and scan the QR code provided.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

1) After installation, select the eSIM as your mobile data line.
2) Turn on Data Roaming.
3) The LTE, 4G or 5G icon should appear once connected.
4) If you are not connected to the network, toggle Airplane Mode on and off or restart your smartphone.

Tap Mobile Data (iPhone) or SIM Card Management (Android) and switch the eSIM line to Off.
