  • How should I care for the finish?

The kettle has a lightweight metal body with a decorative painted finish. To protect the coating, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. If the coating develops a defect, please request a replacement.

  • Is the kettle noisy when boiling?

Most metal kettles make some sound as the water reaches boiling point. This is normal and should not be excessively loud, so you can use the kettle with confidence.

  • Can I touch the kettle body after boiling?

No. The kettle body is made of stainless steel and becomes hot during and after boiling. Do not touch the body; always lift and pour using the ergonomic handle provided.

  • What is the safety of the kettle?

The kettle has been designed with safety in mind and features a Strix temperature controller to meet strict safety standards. It includes automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection to prevent accidents.

  • How long does it take to boil the water?

Based on our tests, it takes around 1-2 minutes to boil enough water for a single cup of tea, and approximately 4-5 minutes to boil 1.7 liters of water. It ensures quick boiling times, which is convenient for busy mornings or when hosting guests.
