These 'Munro' travel brogues from Paul Smith are designed for the traveller, with the styling of a formal dress shoe but the comfort of a casual trainer. Crafted in Italy from vegetable tanned leather with tonal leather soles and unlike traditional brogues, these features a flexible sole for all-day comfort when you're on the go.

Designed with travel in mind, the 'Flexible Travel Shoe' range combines the formal styling of a dress shoe with the everyday comfort of a trainer. When suitcase space is limited, this versatile shoe blends the qualities of formal and casual footwear.

Unlike a traditional formal shoe, the leather sole is soft and designed to flex with your foot, which gives the shoe a relaxed trainer-like feel. Plus, built-in padding under the ball of the foot provides an extra layer of comfort.

This remarkable level of comfort is created by intelligent design and expert construction, with each shoe crafted and hand-finished in Italy by skilled workers.

Firstly, naturally soft vegetable tanned leather has been selected for the shoe’s upper. Following the principle that a lighter shoe is a more comfortable shoe, the construction is stripped back and the shoe is unlined, to keep weight to a minimum.

After this, the shoe’s upper is blake stitched through a flexible insole. It is this technique that give the shoe its comfortable broken-in feel.
