Offered For Sale is a 1923 Oil on Metal "Coast of California Storm" by well Listed Artist James Everett Stuart (1852-1941) - very well executed with great detail - signed, titled, and dated on the verso, with additional information - I am not certain what type of metal this is - it appears that this might have been varnished, which looks to have been removed, judging from the edges - it needs cleaning and maybe a little restoration - the frame does not appear to be original - size of painting is 8" x 12"
