Sewing Bee weights. Hand made in recycled pewter. Set of 6. Ideal as sewing pattern weights. 

Hand cast from recycled  Pewter mugs and jugs using a mould I created myself.

Each weight has a detailed bee on top and a soft felt bottom to counter-act slipping.

Each of the six items weighs approx 44-48 grammes .

Disk diameter is 3.8cm, and is about 8mm high. 

The disks work well for large and small pattern pieces, and are heavy enough to hold the pattern whilst rotary cutting, and small enough to not get in the way with intricate small pieces.

The Bee motif disks are supplied in a cloth draw string bag that I have made myself with a matching cord. I have a variety of patterns listed here. Also sold on ETSY in my LovecraftLeatherUK  shop.

This would make a lovely, useful and amusing present to any dressmaker or sewer.

You can't buy this item anywhere else as I make them all myself.
