The FC-6IH-04208 is the modular induction drop-in hot food well with a 4-pan capacity and designed for dry operation with no drain. The flange and full-size wells on this unit are made from 300-series stainless steel.

There are 2 induction capsules on each well of this unit that creates 2 heat zones per well that can operate independently or be synced. The stainless steel wells on this unit will accommodate (4) full-size (2 1/2" or 4" deep) or (8) half-size (2 1/2" or 4" deep) induction-ready steam table pans.
