We aim to dispatch your item on the day of purchase, however, depending on the time of your transaction we cannot always guarantee to meet postal and courier deadlines. All items will be well packaged and sent using established companies - such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, UK Mail, etc depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. In order to safeguard your purchase we do recommend that you selected a premium tracked service. If that is the case, your tracking information will be sent to you on the day of dispatch. If you are able to give us a mobile phone number almost all of our couriers will send you an SMS with an expected time of delivery and give you the option to re-arrange if the time does not suit you. Also, please be aware that it can be very useful for a courier driver to be able to call you if they cannot find your property.
Please do remember that once we have dispatched your items, the shipment is out of our control. We do provide an estimated delivery time and we aim to beat it, however sometimes there can be postal or courier delays which we cannot control. There are several shipping options to choose from when checking out, if you choose a non-tracked shipping option, it would be appreciated if you could not message after purchase requesting a tracking number.
For our overseas customers - import duties / tariffs may have to be paid depending on your country's rules - these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items can be returned (Between 14 and 30 days from date of purchase - please check listing for individual return periods). If you’d like to return an item please contact us through eBay’s messaging system. All returns but must be in their original condition and in the original packaging they were dispatched in.
