  you candirectly usethe carplaybut please choose the AUX in advance.
• 2. If your car have AMI port ?
  Please plug in the AMI toAUX cable (note: don't plug anythingon the other end)

How to switch CarPlay system

• 1.Select the AUX option in the menu of the originalcar system, then press hold the "MEDIA" buttonfor 4s to switch to the CarPlay system.
• 2.Turn on mobile Wifi and Bluetooth, search for the device on the Bluetooth interface, pair and connect.

How to use Android Auto

• 1. Mine is an Android phone. Can this be connected?
  Yes, it is suitable for Android phones, but Android phones need to be connected via USB cable to use.
  
• 2. How do I plug in my iPhone?
  This unit supports wireless and wired connection, you can connect via Bluetooth or the USB cable. It
  has its own dedicated USB port–simply route this to a location of your preference; and plug in a genuine
  phnoe lightning cable to attach your phone.

• Q1: I don't know how to take out the car dashboard, do you provide installation?
  A1: We only sell Carplay products,Not including car installation and Installation fee. Please go to car shop toinstall , but about our product issues, we are more professional than auto repairshop. Base on our experience, many problem comes from the wrong operating andwrong cable connection. Please feel free to contact us if you need help .
• Q2: Why can't I use it after installation? Black screen, no signal, etc. . .
  A2: Please make sure you follow the installation steps in the manual. Confirm all cable connection is right and set right toggle switch number first. Don't put our wifi antenna inside of the center console. When you change the wiring or toggle switch, remember to turn off the car firstthen unplug the can power cable from the decoder box.
• Q3: Will I have to change my original car screen or make wiring modifications?
  A3: This kit allows retain the factory fitted display screen in your car; Needn't cutting wires etc. During the installation, you can get help from us directly.
• Q4: Can I use the original car bluetooth to transmit sound?
  A4: Of course, we can send upgraded firmware to you. Our decoder can transmit sound through AUX and bluetooth.
• Q5: I can't use screen mirroring?
  A5: Confirm your mobile phone version information.Android phone does not support wireless Mirroring, only supports wired autolink Mirroring. Some video software also has restrictions on this function. such as Netflix..
