📋 Saddle Specifications
Brand, Size & Model: Bates 14 inch Pony Show Saddle with option to add your own velcro adjustable knee blocks - this model was supplied without knee blocks at manufacture. Please note this is the short girth strap option. Size stamped 38 ( cm)
Colour & Material: Havana brown leather.
Tree & Panel Type: Elastiflex tree on CAIR bagged drop panels. We strongly recommend the saddle fit is checked by a qualified saddle fitter before use. Superseded by: Bates Pony Show Saddle (Long Girth Straps).

Knee blocks aren't missing - this saddle was supplied without knee blocks at manufacture. Knee blocks are an optional add on from Bates.

Area where riders legs and stirrup leathers has darkened. This is typical of the leather on Bates saddles, especially in this colour.
Typically with the brown leather on the Bates saddles, it can mark easily, but then easily be polished out.

❗ 5-Day Saddle Trial Terms & Conditions ❗
(Trials available to UK Mainland buyers only)
📦 Trial Period
Trial begins on the day the saddle is delivered (including weekends & bank holidays).
You must notify us by Day 5 if you wish to return the saddle. After this point, the sale is deemed final.
The saddle remains your responsibility throughout the trial period and must be handled with appropriate care.
🚚 Returning the Saddle
The saddle must be scanned in by your chosen carrier no later than Day 6, otherwise late return fees will apply.
Return postage is at the buyer’s own cost.
Any loss or damage during return transit remains the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a reputable, fully tracked and insured delivery service.
💸 Fees & Refunds
A £25 trial fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours after the saddle has been inspected and its condition confirmed.
Any change in condition may result in deductions based on reduction in resale value.
⏰ Late Return Policy
A £5 per day late fee applies from Day 7 onwards.
If the saddle has not been returned by Day 14, the sale is deemed final.
