Please be aware that the delivery teams retain the right to decline delivery if they are unable to securely navigate the furniture into the ground floor of your property. Therefore, we recommend a thorough assessment before confirming your purchase. Refunds for delivery and return costs are not issued under these circumstances.


Delivery

 Our delivery charges are competitively determined based on the size and weight of the item.

 

Small Items - £65 - £75

Medium Sized items - £95

Very Large items - £120-£165

 

All delivery charges are included in the listing. Delivery excludes highlands and islands .


Should you wish to purchase multiple items please do get in contact and we will be happy to discuss a reduced delivery charge on the additional purchases.  

Our chosen courier operates as a one man delivery team, ground floor to ground floor.  (Two person team potentially available please message). Please ensure someone is there to help unload and carry.


Collection

It goes without saying we are very happy for you to collect any items yourself and will be on hand to help assist loading where possible. 

Please bring the code for collection. 

If you don't require delivery you can collect. Collection within a week of sale ending, or please message me otherwise.

Dispatch

 

We will process and dispatch your order within 5-7 working days after receiving payment. You can anticipate receiving your order within the specified timeframe indicated in the listing or sometimes even sooner.

 

If you wish to delay the delivery for any reason, please don't hesitate to inform us via phone, message, or by adding a note during checkout
