CONDITION

The flooring is unused and has never been fitted. Some of the outer cardboard and plastic packaging has wear, dirt, tears or openings caused by storage, as shown in the photographs. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.

This is being sold only as one complete lot of 20 packs. Individual packs will not be sold separately.

FREE UNDERLAY

Two packs of flooring underlay can be included free of charge if the buyer would like them. The underlay has some colour changes caused by exposure to sunlight and is therefore offered free and as-is. It is optional and is not included in the price or value of the flooring. Please let me know if you would like it included.

Collection in person only from Oxford, OX3 0AR. The exact collection address will be provided after the order has been placed and collection arrangements have been confirmed.

No postage or courier delivery is available.

Each flooring pack weighs approximately 17kg, making the complete lot very heavy. The buyer must bring a suitable  vehicle .
