States Bavaria Maximilian II Madonna 2 Gulden commemorative 1-yr type UNC

Bavaria 1855 silver 2 Gulden Madonna statue in Munich commemorative; rare uncirculated. Ludwig I era 1-year type, original patina - hard to find this nice as most were lost to circulation.

A relatively common type with a fairly large mintage but rare in uncirculated condition. Large Crown-size coin - about 35.9 mm in diameter, 21.21 grams, inscription on the rim. Rare uncirculated with just a few typical bag marks. Original golden light-gray patina; no rim bumps or nicks.
