Up for auction/sale is a beautiful, authentic antique Meissen porcelain cup and matching saucer set from the 18th Century. Both pieces feature the highly collectible "Deutsche Blumen" (German Flowers) pattern, showcasing exquisitely detailed, hand-painted floral sprays centered around a vibrant pink rose.

- **Markings:** Authentic underglaze blue Crossed Swords mark on the base of both pieces. The cup also features an incised mold/size number "66".

**Condition Report:**

This is an authentic antique set with signs of honest age and usage.

- **Saucer:** In very good antique condition. The hand-painted flowers remain vibrant and the gilded rim shows some wear (see photos). Also chip to the base.

- **Cup:** The porcelain body and hand-painted floral design are beautifully preserved. Please note there is moderate-to-heavy wear/fading to the gold gilding along the upper rim, as clearly shown in the photographs. There is a chip on the rim of the cup, see close up photo.
