How To Use: - Start by ensuring the vehicle is properly supported and secured on jack stands or a lift.
- Locate the inner tie rod that needs to be removed. This can typically be found near the steering rack or gearbox.
- Select the appropriate crowfoot adapter size from the kit that matches the inner tie rod's dimensions.
- Attach the chosen crowfoot adapter to the removal tool or wrench included in the kit. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Place the tool over the inner tie rod, positioning it so that the crowfoot adapter fits snugly against the flats of the tie rod.
- Begin turning the removal tool or wrench counterclockwise to loosen the tie rod. Apply consistent pressure while turning until the tie rod becomes loose.
- Once the tie rod is loosened, continue turning it by hand until it can be completely removed from the steering system.
- Repeat the process if there are multiple inner tie rods that need to be removed.
- Different kits may have slight variations in usage. Additionally, it's always recommended to refer to seek professional assistance if you're unsure about any step of the process.
