Usage:
Frozen chicken breast: Using 3 pieces of chicken breast as the testing standard. It is wrong to directly cook frozen chicken breast meat after taking it out of the freezer: it needs to be thawed naturally. If cooked frozen directly, the core of the chicken breast meat will not melt, and it will break into minced meat after cooking. Because the surface is already cooked, but the inner core is frozen, the frozen one will melt. After natural thawing, put it into a boiling pot and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. After cooking, let it air dry in a cool place for 4-6 hours. When it dries, the effect is very good. If it cannot be cooked directly, it will break.
