Good - Device is in good condition with moderate wear. Device will include some scuffing to the frame/body of the device as well as a few scratches on the glass. Device will be locked to the carrier in the title unless specified otherwise. Device is 100% functional with a clean ESN and backed by our 30 day warranty.
Fair - Device will have wear that is visible and more spread throughout the device. This will include scratching and scuffing on the frame/body of the device as well as the glass. Device will be locked to the carrier in the title unless specified otherwise. Device is 100% functional with a clean ESN and backed by our 30 day warranty.
Device has Screen Burns clearly visible on the display. This may include keyboards, app icons, or other images that were burned into the display.
Cracked Screen - The screen on the device will be cracked, this does not affect the actual functionality of the device and is only a cosmetic issue. Device will be hardware functional otherwise and will have a clean ESN/IMEI.
Delam - Device has delamination on screen. Delamination is a mode failure caused by repeated cyclic stresses and impact, causing layers to separate, forming a mica-like surface on your LCD screen.

Terms:
Returns Accepted within 30 Days of receipt. We will gladly offer an exchange if one is available or a full refund. A return label will be provided for any device with faults. If the fault you are claiming can't be found, a refund will be issued less the cost of the return label. If you simply change your mind, we will accept the return as well. You will be responsible for return shipping. After we receive the device back, we will issue a full refund.
Chances are most issues may be resolved by a quick google search into your new product, however some we may not be able to. If for any reason we can't help you remotely we will issue a priority return label which would get your device back to us in 2-3 days of being mailed. Once we receive the device back we will typically work on your return the same business day.
We are unable to ship to a different address after you have placed your order. If you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate but make no guarantees that we will see your message before your order ships. For best results you must submit an official cancel request and not pay for your order. We love to help because we love our customers.
