So I wish I knew more about this piece but it is super mysterious.  I think it's pretty old, maybe 1950's? but really I have no clue.  The beauty is that it is still in it's original seal.  It is a Washington D.C. souvenir of the Jefferson Memorial from Silberne Souvenir Sales.  I can't find anything about this online.  It is a miniature plate about 4 inches wide. It's just a super old piece I think. Please see the photos.
