Pads do have some external wear but still are in good shape and have a lot of use still in them.  I just put on 2 new skate toe caps.  All straps are in good shape and the internal leg channel is in good shape as well (see pics).  I am providing some extra leather straps with the pads that I have left over.  I am also providing two extra buckles that I have left over as well.  These pads are very light and have really enjoyed them.  Look the pics over and see there is still a lot of good use left in these pads.
