This kit fits Audi EA837 Superchargers. For These models:

- Audi C7 A6/A7 3.0T

- Audi B8/8.5 S4 /S5 / SQ5 3.0T

- Audi Q5/Q7 3.0T

Kit Features:

Adapter is Made from a strong and stable glass fiber reinforced material that is annealed for 12 hours, for improved strength and thermal stability. This material has a heat deflection temperature of up to 265 °C at 0.45 MPa, far exceeding the temperatures typically seen in this application.

A proprietary gasket system. The upper gasket provides a flat mounting surface for the throttle body and has bosses that press nicely into OEM mounting points. These inserts completely conceal the bolt heads, creating a smooth, seamless airflow path into the throttle body while also reducing turbulence. The bottom gasket is made from a soft, rubber-like material designed to compress and create a secure seal between the supercharger face and the adapter.

Each kit includes a plug-and-play wiring harness designed specifically to adapt the factory EA837 Audi 3.0T wiring to the 84mm VDO electronic throttle body. Constructed using OEM-style connectors and high-quality automotive-grade wiring, the harness provides a clean, reliable installation with no cutting or modification of the factory wiring required.

Important:

Harness configuration depends on the ECU calibration (tune) your vehicle is running. Please include your tuner in the Buyer’s Notes at checkout so the correct harness can be provided.

High-strength brass flanged threaded inserts are integrated into the adapter to withstand the clamping forces required to securely mount the throttle body without the need for loose nuts or additional hardware. Additional brass inserts are incorporated into the inner mounting locations to provide superior creep resistance, maintain consistent clamping force over time, and allow the adapter plate to be torqued to specification with confidence.

This adapter/throttle body combo is designed to be paired to either a stock or ported supercharger. It offers an opening of 85mm for the throttle body side and tapers down to match your supercharger inlet. *Make sure to specify whether you’re running a stock or ported supercharger in the buyer note!*

Stock-location mounting means compatibility with your existing intake. No intake purchase is necessary to run our TB kit ( Depending on your current intake you may need to purchase a larger intake coupler adapter /silicone intakes are not compatible)
