Heating Instructions
Boiling Water
・Remove the outer package.
・Without opening the inner pouch, place it in boiling water for 15–17 minutes.

Microwave
・Remove the outer package.
・Place the unopened inner pouch on a microwave-safe plate with the steam vent facing upward.
・Heat for approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds (500–600W).
・Heat longer if needed.
