The large book measures approx, 26cm by 31.5cm & 6cm thick.
XXIV & 743pp.
Illustrated Frontis & Title plus a further 24 full page illustrated B&W Engraved Plates.

The book is complete and tightly bound with no loss. Gilt Edged Pages.
Pages are generally clean with occasional areas of foxing (due to changing paper stock).
Foxing present around many of the plates, titles and endpapers.
A couple of short rips to edges of first blank endpaper (mentioned for accuracy).

The full gilt decorated leather bindings are a little scuffed around the edges and rubbing to the firm joints.
Minor loss to lower rear joint fascia and corner bumping.
