The Modelux  N Gauge 1:150 ' Isabella Street' 1960's office block kit

Main elevations are manufactured from Modelux Creteflex, which has been etched, giving a very realistic hammered concrete finish. The front and rear elevation feature an outer frame and a sub panel, tinted green concrete the same as the real building in Nottingham. The windows are individual, are light blue, and fit into the reveals created by the outer and sub elevation panels. This kit is fully glazed with acetate.

It includes all internal floors to allow for partitionable lighting. 

The ground floor is subordinate to the upper floors, typical of the period and is in litho printed brick. The kit features the PLA ventilation cowling on the side.

Note : The kit does not include the roof access hut, but does include all the roof railings.

This is a substantial, robust and realistic model.
