Sun Yat-Sen $1 on 8c. sage-green, Dah Tung Book Co. printing, Hong Hong, unissued on thin, hard, watermarked paper with an irregular line-perforation 12 1/2 and brown curved lines.

The Chan catalogue also lists no Sun Yat-Sen 8c. Dah Tung with watermark.

There are a folded perfs and light Wmk/overprint bends.

Otherwise very fine mint hinged (possible removed hinge) stamp with full original toned gum stamp and no thins nor tears.
