1.The electric starter requires a 12V battery, which is not included in this package and must be purchased separately. Thank you.
2. New diesel engines are shipped from the factory without engine oil. Upon arrival, be sure to fill the engine with CD-grade or higher diesel engine oil. Failure to do so may cause the crankshaft bearings to seize, resulting in engine damage.
3. Change the engine oil after the first 15 hours of operation, then after the second 30 hours. Thereafter, change the oil every 50 hours of operation. Clean the oil filter every three days. In dusty environments, clean the air filter element daily; in less dusty environments, clean it every three days.
