Delivery is free of charge to most of the UK on all items in store.
Products with a 7-14 working day lead time are delivered by our dedicated courier service. They will contact you before your delivery to confirm a date and give you a three-hour time slot for your delivery.
Next-day availability is stated on the product page. Orders placed before 1:30 pm on selected vendors, Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 1:30 pm will be delivered the next following working day. Orders placed before 1:30 pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, any time after 1:30 pm the order will be delivered on Tuesday. Alternatively, you can select a convenient delivery date for yourself on the product page before the checkout.

Deliveries within the UK are made using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Deliveries outside the UK are made using either DHL or Fedex depending on the size of the package and the location.

UK postage and international shipping are both included in advertised price.

Alternatively, please contact us before placing an order. A signature will be required for receipt of the goods by an adult (age 18 years or over) at the delivery address (whether yourself or a member of your household). If no-one is available when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier may leave a calling card for you to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time. Alternatively, you may need to collect the goods from your local delivery office provided you can produce adequate proof of identity.

We will only deliver to the delivery address given in your order. If you pay by debit/credit card the goods must be dispatched to the billing address of the card holder. However, if you require the goods to be delivered to a work address please ensure that this is included when placing the order.

The delivery address can not be changed after an order has been made and payment received. Watches may be collected from our offices but by appointment only for security purposes.

We are confident that you will love your purchase, but we also like to provide peace of mind when shopping online. We offer a 14 day returns period from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
