probably depicting 

Cassandra at Palladion, the altar of Athena,

an engraved carnelion, set in reddish/rose metal, perhaps gold of a low purity - but no marks found, so no guarantee,

condition: very nice and good, slight signs of age and use

height: circa 3 cm / circa 1.1 inch

length of the stone: circa 2 cm / circa 0.7 inch

weight circa 6 gr.
