Welcome to Pixel Palace Collectibles!

We are avid gamers and collectors ourselves and have been collecting all our lives.  We test all our retro games and consoles making sure the game loads up and the first level and cutscene all play without issues.

Who we are

We are a two man operation and have worked in the gaming industry for a combined total of 16 years. We decided to set up our small business after becoming frustrated at the lack of transparency in the online video games and collectibles market. So we made the business with these things in mind...

• Always test our retro games and consoles
• REAL! photos we never use stock images and try to show any scratches or marks on our products. What you see is exactly what you will get
• Excellent customer service with a personal touch. We aim to answer all questions within 24 hours and will try to sort out all problems as quick as we can

Postage

We send all our products second class tracked with Royal Mail to give you peace of mind that your item is on its way and you can track it from dispatch to delivery. Our post days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Cut off time is 4pm
