Due to the end of the U.S. de minimis rule, import duties now apply even to items under USD 800. We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we prepay all import duties and taxes on your behalf. The listed price already includes shipping, import duties, and taxes. No extra fees will be charged upon delivery — enjoy shopping with peace of mind.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please note: If VAT or GST is not automatically collected by eBay at checkout, additional charges such as import taxes and handling fees may be required upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Free Returns
Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
We accept returns if the item has any defects not described in the listing or if it arrives with an initial defect.
In such cases, please notify us within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
All returned items must be in their original condition.

Returns are accepted only if the item has a manufacturing defect or differs significantly from the listing description. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

- Personal reasons such as “no longer wanted” or “changed my mind.”
- Shipping delays due to customs procedures in the buyer’s country.
- If the product is not in the same condition as when delivered.
Pre-Shipment Inspection Process
Before shipping, we carefully inspect each item, verify accuracy and quality, and record the condition and weight with photos or videos. For high-value items, we may contact you to confirm the order. If we cannot reach you, the transaction may be cancelled.
Shipping
- The product will be packed with cushioning materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Handling time: 3-10 days after payment.(Please note that since we have many order to ship and check in our shop in Japan.)
- We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.
- Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.
- Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts from Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- If your address is in the remote areas defined by the freight (shipping) company, please pay the additional shipping fees with PayPal.
