Buyers from other countries
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price and shipping costs of the product. Please contact your country's customs authorities before bidding or purchasing to confirm these additional costs.
**Important Notice (Non-Refundable Cases)**
The item price will **not** be refunded in the following situations:
* You refuse to pay import duties/taxes and the parcel is returned.
* The parcel is returned due to failed delivery (no reschedule request / long absence).
* The parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer.
**If Duties Are Refused but the Item Is Delivered**
If you refuse to pay import duties/taxes but the shipment is delivered to you and we pay the duties/taxes on your behalf, we will demand reimbursement from you. If payment is not made, we may take legal action to recover these costs.
**Remote Area Surcharge (FedEx / DHL)**
FedEx or DHL may charge an additional fee for delivery to remote areas. In such cases, an extra charge of approximately **USD $15-$20** may apply.
