I will describe this unit the best I can. It does have like corrosion on the bottom of it, but all the holes are clean. The pressure relief has a little bit of where to it as well. The motor does work goes up and down and I did not see any leaks in this, but I do think it needs seals or well soon and I definitely would replace the motor even though everything works.
