Most orders are usually completed within 1-24 hours.
Orders taking longer than 24 hours are very rare. If there is any special situation, such as temporary unavailability, travel, server issues, or stock timing, we will let you know in advance.
If an order is delayed over 48 hours because of our side, you will receive double the amount of the delayed item(s).

Mistakes are rare, but they can happen because we are human. Please do not worry. Just contact us through eBay and we will make it right.
- If we miss or deliver the wrong item because of our mistake, we will compensate double for the affected item(s).
- If we accidentally deliver extra items, you may keep them. No return is needed.
