• We cannot ship to the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. This is because our carriers do not allow shipping certain products (e.g. liquids, sprays and batteries) to these locations. In case we receive an order from the above areas, we will still attempt to deliver but cannot guarantee our usual delivery time.

  RETURNS:

• We work hard with all of our customers to ensure that they are getting an excellent shopping experience. Refunds are available for returned items. We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. If you do have a concern or want to return an item please contact us before opening a return case. Return cases negatively affect selling accounts and we will professionally handle your concerns/returns.

• Please note that we are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout. Ensure that the information entered is accurate, as our automated dispatch system does not allow for address changes after the order is placed. Additionally, since orders are processed automatically within minutes, we are unable to cancel them. However, you are welcome to return the item after it has been delivered if needed.
• Our inventory is distributed across multiple fulfillment centers, including Amazon FBA and DK Wholesale. Therefore, your order may arrive in packaging that reflects the branding of one of these fulfillment partners. By placing an order with us, you agree to allow us to share your name and shipping address with these third-party providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
