My name is Yevhen, founder of METADESK. My story with sadhu boards began more than ten years ago — after working for years with acupressure and massage mats, I tried a board out of curiosity, and it turned into 80 days of daily practice without missing one. It taught me to meet hard moments with more calm and to be attentive to myself. That is how METADESK was born. Today thousands of people in dozens of countries practice on our boards.
The biggest fear before a first practice is pain — and that's completely normal. The hardest part is simply the first step. After a short while the sensations shift: warmth, tingling, pulsing, and often a deep calm. You don't need to conquer the board — only to breathe, soften, and listen to yourself. Don't hold your breath: slow exhales are your most powerful tool.

Care: natural wood — keep it dry, clean with a soft cloth, and disinfect the nails if someone else has used the board. A little care keeps it beautiful for years.
