The Persian Expedition - Xenophon (translated by Rex Warner, with Introduction & Notes by George Caukwell) - Folio Society publication, by arrangement with Random House Publishing and Penguin Books- the text follows that of the revised Penguin edition, published in 1972 - hardback in slip-case, 2009 release.
Item Condition
Slip-case quite stained on front face. Some dust-wear, scuff marks and blemishes to all faces and sides. Some foxing and discolouration visible to borders of inner of case. Hardback boards scuffed with white foxing marks, most notably to back cover. Some signs of damp-wear along outer edge of back board. Some fraying and sparse, very light stains to page edges.
