Signal interaction: Transmit control signals such as motor speed, electric control status, and arm position detection to achieve precise control of the rear arm by the flight control.
Load docking: Supply power and transmit control signals to loads such as rear centrifugal nozzles and rear active phased array radar, supporting expansion of 4 nozzles/fog nozzles, etc.
Folding adaptation: Adapt to the folding structure of the robotic arm, ensuring reliable electrical connections and no signal interruptions during the unfolding/folding process.
2、 Structure and Material
Harness body: multi-core shielded cable, outer layer of oil resistant, pesticide resistant, anti-aging special sheath, inner layer of color separation insulation, anti bending, anti vibration.
Joint specifications: Waterproof aviation plugs (IP67) are used at both ends, with foolproof design and locking mechanism to ensure stable connection in dusty and high humidity plant protection environments.
Installation position: The wiring inside the rear arm extends from the middle frame of the fuselage to the end of the arm's electrical control and load interface, with one set on each side of the arm.
3、 Key characteristics
High reliability: Through 700 hours of vibration, aging, and high and low temperature (0 ℃ -40 ℃) testing, it is suitable for harsh environments in plant protection.
Anti interference: Shielding design+differential signal transmission, effectively suppressing motor electromagnetic interference and ensuring signal stability.
Quick maintenance: The plug is designed with quick disassembly, allowing for separate replacement of the wiring harness in case of malfunction, without the need to disassemble the arm body, reducing maintenance costs.
Compatibility: Compatible with the entire T70/T70P series, supporting rear mounted 2/4 nozzles/fog nozzles, rear radar and other load extensions.
