Control Board for series MasterTemp/MaxE-Therm Pool Heater

Purpose: Replacement part for pool heaters

Functions: Use the panel buttons to switch between pool and spa modes, start and stop heating, configure parameters, and set flow and temperature thresholds. The unit simultaneously collects sensor signals for temperature, water flow, and other parameters, implements safety protections against overload, overheating, and flow interruption, and performs self-diagnostic checks.

Operating Principle: Button commands from the control panel are transmitted to the main control chip. The main board continuously collects external sensor data—such as water temperature and flow switch status—in real time. After logical processing, it controls the start/stop of loads (such as heaters and fans) by switching relays on and off. Simultaneously, it monitors for abnormal operating conditions in real time, triggering protective shutdowns and locking the fault status.
