Pre-loved Rarity Build-a-Bear plush. Hair is very dry and tangly on the ends. It was much worse before I brushed out all the tangles and straightened it. With a little bit more time and some curls, she could look great. I have not washed her. Some pinkness on her mouth and near her cutie mark but overall very clean and very white.
