OUR TAKE Halios doesn't do retail, doesn't do ads, sells out every release in minutes, and still has a cult following that'll pay over retail on the secondary market. One guy — Jason Lim — running it out of Vancouver, no middlemen, no nonsense. The Seaforth is the watch that built the hype.

This is the Gen 3, fixed bezel, no date — the cleanest version they ever made and the one the forums argue about most. Abyss Blue is a proper deep gloss that shifts from near-black indoors to a sharp navy in sunlight. Applied indices are chunky and catch light properly, the box sapphire sits proud and distorts the dial at angles in a way that's genuinely fun to look at, and the finishing punches above the price — brushed flats, polished chamfers down the lugs, no corners cut where it matters.

At 40mm with 47mm lug-to-lug and ~12mm thick it wears like a watch should. ETA 2824-2 inside — proven, cheap to service, every watchmaker alive can fix it. The Gen 3 run is done and Halios has moved on, so if you want one, it's the secondary market or nothing.
