This is an extremely rare, vintage Kenwood 1DIN CD/MD deck, model MZ907.

It functions properly in all aspects, including CD playback (CD-R not supported), MD playback, AM/FM radio, and sound output through the speakers.

It has been serviced, including cleaning the CD lens and rubber rollers, cleaning the MD lens and adjusting the laser, repairing the MD control board, and overhauling the main board (level meter-related components), so it is in good working order.

As shown in the photos, the unit has many scratches and is not in pristine condition. However, the condition of the flexible cable—a common weak point for this model—is generally good.
