The control box integrates the emergency stop switch and start/stop buttons with waterproof covers, achieving emergency stop and independent control over start and stop, ensuring waterproof sealing and reducing the fault rate.
The 3KW copper core motor can run stably and continuously for ensuring the crusher can work for a long time. It has high protection level, good heat dissipation performance, low vibration and fault rate and long service life.
The crusher is equipped with 12 hammer blades for effectively crushing soil into particles. The hammer blades are sturdy and durable and can cooperate with each other to ensure dynamic balance of the rotor and reduce vibration and bearing wear.
The 3mm mesh screen is designed for effectively screening the crushed particles and improving the uniformity and stability of particles. Other mesh screens of different specifications can be separately purchased and replaced to meet different screening requirements.
The crusher is equipped with a full closed belt guard to prevent accidental injury and foreign matter entanglement. The thickened durable drive belt delivers stable shock-absorbing transmission with low noise and is not prone to slippage or breakage during operation.
The large-sized discharging outlet ensures smooth material dropping and avoids material accumulation and blockage. It is made of thickened steel plates, resists material impact and wear, is not prone to deformation and has a longer service life.
- The machine should be installed on a flat and sturdy site during operation.
- Before installing the belt, it is necessary to check whether the rotation direction of the operation is consistent with the arrow direction marked on the machine. After confirming that it is correct, install the drive belt and ensure that the belt is properly tightened.
- After adjusting all parts normally and confirming that there are no errors, connect the power for trial operation. Check if the fasteners in each part are loose, and if there are any abnormal sounds in the rotating parts.
- After normal trial operation, feed raw materials into the machine evenly and moderately and observe the discharging condition.
- After feeding all raw materials, wait for the materials in the machine to be discharged completely, press the stop button and disconnect the power supply.
- Clean the machine thoroughly and check all parts for damage and wear.

- Immediately press the emergency stop switch if material jamming or abnormal noise occurs. Disconnect the power supply and troubleshoot the machine before restarting.
- Keep children and unrelated personnel away from the machine.
- Check whether the direction of operation is the same as the direction of the arrow before starting, otherwise it is strictly prohibited to start.
- After the machine starts for a few hours, it is necessary to observe whether the components are loose, and the bearing must be regularly filled with grease.
