How to Use the Buttons
Because the device tracks steps, estimated distance, and calories burned alongside the clock, the three top buttons manage different modes:
  • MODE: Switches between the tracking screens (Steps → Calories → Distance → Time).
  • SET: Enters edit mode for the current screen, such as updating your weight for calorie calculations, setting your average stride length for distance accuracy, or editing the clock time.
  • RESET / UP: Resets your daily metrics back to zero when held down. While editing settings, it serves as the "UP" arrow to adjust numbers higher.
Basic Setup Instructions
  1. Press MODE until the standard time clock display appears.
  2. Hold down SET for 2–3 seconds until the numbers flash.
  3. Tap RESET/UP to change the flashing digits (e.g., hours).
  4. Tap SET again to cycle to the next setting (minutes, 12/24 hour toggle, etc.).
  5. Leave the device alone for a few seconds to save your changes and exit.
